30-day Return Policy

Undamaged orders within the first 30 days from the delivery date can be returned for a 100% refund.

Holiday Extended Return Window

All orders placed from November 15st through December 7th can be returned or exchanged for free until January 15th.

Orders placed after December 5th include our standard 30-day free return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all the original materials including the product, manual, tools, and srews. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Sith Sabers will pay for the return shipping on all orders delivered to the United States.

For orders being returned outside the United States, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Warranty / Damaged Items

Sith Sabers offers a free 6-month warranty on our lightsabers for the original purchaser. Get in touch with our support team and we’ll repair or replace the damaged items as needed.

Stolen Items

We do not assume liability for stolen packages.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous or flammable materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

50% restocking fee on refused deliveries

Item deliveries refused by the customer incur heavy shipping fees to be returned to our warehouse. To cover these costs, Sith Sabers charges a restocking fee of $50 or 50% of the product price, whichever is greater. Restocking fees can be avoided by accepting delivery and requesting a free shipping label from Sith Sabers Support to return the product instead of refusing delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info.sithsabers@gmail.com with your (1) order number and (2) contact information.

Contact must be made before returning you item(s) and returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Sith Sabers will authorize the return with either a prepaid shipping label or email confirmation.

Refunds

Most payment methods are refunded immediately, but some forms of payment take up to 5 days for the payment to clear.

Modify or Cancel Order

If you would like to modify or cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours from the time it was placed. If the cancellation notice was received after the order was shipped out, you may initiate a return under our 30-day Return Policy.
