Starkiller is Galen Marek, the secret apprentice of Darth Vader from the video game The Force Unleashed. His lightsabers are red, he dual wields in the second game, and he's a Legends character, so he isn't part of current canon. He also has nothing to do with Starkiller Base, which trips a lot of people up.
Who he is
Galen Marek is the hero (or anti-hero) of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, a pair of games set between the prequels and the original trilogy. Vader trains him in secret, and he's known for acrobatic fighting and throwing things around with the Force. Because the games are Legends, his story isn't part of the current canon continuity.
Starkiller vs Starkiller Base
Starkiller Base is the planet-sized weapon from The Force Awakens, and that one's canon. The name is a nod to what the hero was called in early drafts of the first Star Wars story, which is how it hung around. In the story, the two aren't connected.
The lightsabers
Starkiller's blades are red, and in The Force Unleashed II he fights with two at once. The weapons are rugged and practical, built for a fast, aggressive style rather than elegant duels. That fits a guy who spends most of the game flinging stuff with his mind. Red, by the way, is the dark side's signature, and the reasons are in what every lightsaber color means.
Starkiller I or Starkiller II?
We've got two Starkiller-inspired sabers, and the difference is simple. Starkiller I is $449 and has a 12.2 inch hilt with an exposed kyber crystal. Starkiller II is $349 with an 11.8 inch hilt. Both include a display stand and blade plug, except with the Baselit version.
If the exposed crystal is what drew you to the character's look, Starkiller I is the one. If you mostly want the Starkiller shape and don't mind the crystal detail, Starkiller II costs $100 less. Neither is an official product, and prices are as of writing. There are more in the game-inspired collection. Not sure which blade type to pick? The best lightsaber for dueling sorts that out, and if you like game heroes, Revan is another Legends favorite.
